| Can I register and pay in person? |
| To help ensure our camp staff to properly prepare for your camper being part of our program please register in advance online using this camp page. Due to parent feedback we have switched our registration process to be fully online including electronic payment. We are no longer accepting cash or check payments for camps. |
| What does my camper need to bring? |
| Campers are responsible for bringing their own appropriate attire and shoes for selected camp(s), water bottles, equipment (if indicated in camp description) and snacks. |
| Can I stay and watch my camper? |
| Yes, family members are welcome to stay and watch their camper. To reduce disruptions to the camp and other campers we ask that the family does not talk to the camper or camp supervisor while instruction is taking place. |
| Where do I park? |
| Please park in RMC parking lots off of Rimrock Road and walk your camper to their respective camp. Please do not drive into the parking lots by the football or soccer field. | Can someone other than a parent pick up my camper? |
| Yes, campers can be picked up by any responsible person approved by the parent. Please be sure your camper and camp staff know who will be picking them up from camp each day. |
| Are there discounts for multiple kids/camp registrations? |
| Each camp is priced per participant. We don't offer multi-camp or multi-child discounts at this time. |
| Do you offer scholarships for summer camps? |
| We don't offer scholarships at this time. |
| We had a change in plans, can I cancel and get a refund? |

Cancellations with refunds are available up until 2 weeks before the camp start date. Parents can request a cancellation and refund by emailing [email protected]. After the 2 week deadline, please note due to incurred costs there are no guarantees of refunds. Cancellations with requested refunds will not include the online processing fee (5.99%), additionally a 1% online refund fee will be assessed. To cancel your session and receive an online credit in place of a refund for use on a future registration please contact our office ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). |
